The TRIPLE OMEGA 3-6-9 Fish and Flax Oils contain a proprietary blend of essential oils, including Flaxseed Oil and Ester Omega Fish Oil, and are purified to eliminate mercury. These oils contain Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 – the "good" fats that are important for cellular, heart, and metabolic health.

The directions for adults are to take three (3) softgels daily, preferably with a meal. The other ingredients include Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin, and Mixed Natural Tocopherols. The product contains fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardine) ingredients.
